First it was
American Idol contestant Mario Vazquez who left the hightly rated (no)talent competition for "personal reasons." Now it is Peter F. Garvey who has caught the bug. Garvey who is co-president of
Marsh, Inc., the risk and insurance services subsidiary of
Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., announced on Tuesday that he was resigning from the
troubled firm for, you guessed it, "personal reasons." Garvey, formerly vice president of North American operaions for Marsh, Inc. had served as co-president since
November 2004. Marsh has already annouced that William Malloy, previously Garvey's co-president will remain as head of the division.
