Not much new in this recent article from San Diego's Union Tribune newspaper. Mostly background details on how the 1995 reform of federla securities law dovetails with the ongoing investigation. Also included are many comments and details about Lerach's background and his new firm, although most of this will be familiar anyone who has interest in this story in the first place. Still if you, like The Daily Caveat, are hungry for nuggets on this particualar subject, the article is at least worth a skim.
