Juval Aviv, CEO of investigative firm, Interfor stated in court papers that the recently convicted former newspaper magnate, Lord Conrad Black had spend the last few years squirreling away millions in anticipation of just this sort of unfavorable ruling. According to Aviv, who for the record, Black's attorney refers to as "an utterly untrustworthy source" Black has hidden as much as $40 million, with the most likely repository being Gibraltar.
