I imagine you've been paying at least minor attention to this particular non-story...that of Whole Foods CEO, John Mackey talking trash on Yahoo message boards. Well, Mackey, who trash-talked his way into a potential SEC investigation, has apologized.

The funny thing is, in my early days working on cases, I spent plenty of time digging through the Yahoo stock boards looking for just this sort of insider activity. Never came across anything quite this interesting, though...
