Options Backdating Woes Evicerate the C-Suite at Sapient
CEO, Jerry Greenberg, and interim CFO, Susan Cook, have both resigned from e-services consultancy, Sapient in relation to the firm's ongoing investigation into options backdating irregularities. Co-Chair (with Greenberg) and Sapient co-founder, Stuart J. Moore also stepped down from his chairmanship.
