Interesting article in the
FT regarding a change in the direction of the wind at the U.S. Justice Department. While this isn't exactly the
first time we've heard that the will to investigate, prosecute and punish white collar crime has been waning, the FT points the focus toward recent and upcoming challenges to strategies employed by federal prosecutors since the get-tough doctrine was adopted in 2003.
