In another of the long-running mega-fraud cases (we need only post a Worldcom story and we'll have done the trifecta this morning) that have continued to cling to headlines, attorneys representing shareholders of
HealthSouth announced this week that they have reachced a preliminary settlement with the company to the tune of $445 million.
