TPLJ Goes After Proposed Netflix Class Settlement as Unfair to Shareholders
Netflix is the greatest thing since sliced bread if you're a movie watcher, but that didn't stop the online rent'ailer from getting sued by customers over whether or not their monthly DVD rentals were truly infinite and would arrive in a single day.

In any case, now that a proposed settlement is on the table the Trial Lawyer for Public Justice have cried foul. They argue that the proposed settlement is unfair, doing more for the attorneys involved and Netflix's PR than for shareholders.

If you want to read more about the dust-up, check out Caroline Mayer's consumer blog The Checkout at the Washington Post.
