Use of Confidential Sources in Securities Class Action
Lyle Robert's 10b-5 Daily continues to have great coverage of this issue. For his past stories, check here and here. Late last week he mentioned what sounds like an article well worth seeking out that was published in the June issue of The Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation and written by three attorneys from Foley Hoag, LLP.:
The article, entitled "Anonymous Sources in Securities Class Action Complaints," is authored by John Henn, Brandon White, and Matthew Baltay and provides a circuit-by-circuit analysis.
I believe the article can be accessed via Lexis, amongst other sources.
