In what has to be considered another black eye for our industry, mega-legal services provider and data aggregator, Lexis Nexis announced that sensitive information relating to 30,000 people "may have fallen into the hands of thieves." The New York Times has

Lexis joins the ranks of such varied firms as: Choicepoint, Paymaxx, DSW, Bank of America and T-Mobile that have faced similar breaches over the last few months.
